Class Descriptions.
Private Piano Lessons.
At Music Mayhem, we believe every student learns differently. That’s why our private piano lessons are tailored to each individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all method. In your free first lesson, we’ll not only assess your current skill and experience level, but also take the time to learn about your musical interests and preferred learning style.
Lessons are available for all ages with flexible scheduling, including both daytime and evening options.
All-Inclusive Monthly Rate
Our private lessons come with a simple flat monthly fee that includes:
All lesson books and materials
Multiple performance opportunities
Monthly group classes (for kids 12 and under)
Online and Hybrid Options
Prefer learning from home? We offer fully online lessons as well as flexible hybrid options that combine in-person and virtual instruction. Whether you need the convenience of online lessons or want to mix studio visits with learning from home, you can customize your schedule in the way that works best for you. Stay connected, keep progressing, and enjoy the flexibility to learn from anywhere!
Small Group Class
Small group classes are 1 hour long and held weekly. Classes are capped at 4 students in order to maintain a healthy balance of social learning and group activities along with ample 1-1 time with the instructor. Classes will be formed on demand and students placed according to age group. Please reach out via our contact form with age, experience, and scheduling preferences prior to purchasing the class for your child.
Piano Club
Once per month students meet in the studio for 1 hour of group activities. They will share what they have been working on in private lessons, receive 1-1 technique time, play theory games as a group, and receive a new “challenge” at each meeting. Challenge might be a composition project, improvisational activity, theory mystery, etc. Friendly competitions will take place and students will earn points for prizes. Students do not need to be Music Mayhem piano students, but must be actively taking piano lessons with a teacher, online, or via a platform such as Piano Marvel.
Piano club takes place once monthly from September through May.
